To all of you who think "Hung Well" should not be DELETED...please,
please sign this petition, right now! Time is short, and tempers are raging at
this ridiculous attempt to delete a 14 month old character, when if it was as
serious as a deletion would imply, you would think this guy cheated, or used
bugs in the game. To be DELETED FOR A NAME, WHICH HAS NO PROFANITY AT ALL? What

To all you rabid NFL fans out there, would like to congratulate the Baltimore
Ravens, and the New York Giants on making it to Super Bowl XXXV!! It was a
helluva season, and although I'm a Oakland Raiders fan personally, the Ravens
came and played one great game, no doubt about it. Even though this is a
"AC fan site", we talk about just about anything here, since AC is
only a part of what we like to do. Good luck to both teams' fans, I hope the
team you want to win comes through for ya! (Raiders...Super Bowl XXXVI? Hell
yes!!)

Punisher ibn Zod, hereby declares that member May Lin, is to be put to vote for
"The Brothers of the SHARK Meritorious Service Honor"
All Hail May Lin! Through the months she has been with the guild, she has given,
given, given, and taken almost nothing in return. Now, there is no one saying
that taking is wrong, but she has exceeded her GM's requirement for this award
over and over again. Her time spent with others, helping them when they need it,
her giving of almost everything she ever gets, with no questions asked, and
total lack of wanting anything for her mage services/item giving, in game is
unmatched by anyone in the guild. She spends time with people helping them
level, has given something to just about every member of the guild in one way or
the other, and in general, is one of the friendliest people I have met in online
gaming. There is no one in this guild who has ever told, or said anything to
flaw May Lin's character in any way. Every time I hear another guild member
speak about her, it is in a truly positive way, and for this, I am happy to
announce that the first ever award of this kind be given to her after the guild
vote. BotS Members, vote now, by clicking this link (My

Friday, January 19, 2001. Remember...for her to receive this award, there cannot
be one "no" vote. If you vote no, I want the reason why, and you WILL
stay anonymous. And this is a secret election, so vote how you see fit. At the
least, May will receive special updates to her personal page by the GM. From me
to May...thank you for all you have done so far in the guild. I am hoping to add
people to this list soon, so don't worry, if you show you deserve this, you will
be nominated. May has shown month after month her great contribution to our

Well, seems a few people who weren't lagged to death are somewhat happy about
the new patch. War mages got some new spells, Dagger Melee got some lovin', and
a few bug fixes were in also. Seems that War mages need to spend the uber
pyreals now, because not only did they have to find and use Sturdy Iron Keys, the
Platinum Scarabs used in the spells are 44,000 pyreal! I mean, yea, that's
expensive, but know what? Why couldn't they have at least made it an even
40,000? (5,000 seems a BIT more reasonable...) At least with the 40K price, you
can get them anywhere with a D Note, and not have to break anything else.
Guaranteed...there are going to be a LOT of pissed off mages who need to drop
cash on the floor to buy these, just to have it stolen from some loser. Mages,
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!! Buy your Pyreal scarabs first, and be sure to have
a few C Notes, or some X Notes handy, so you won't have to drop the pyreals.
Even at your lower weight, many of you are still going o have problems, I guess
Turbine still doesn't realize that all mages don't have 250+ Strength. Maybe
someday...

Want to congratulate all the people who have been taking it to the denizens of
Dereth lately! Some of you are well on your way to becoming top notch
exterminators!! May Lin has gone up several levels since the last update, as
well as Beldar, and Agbayani, Tyreal, Bubba, and more! Seems the whole guild has
bumped up at least a notch or two...keep up the good work! Maybe we can hit
Aerlinthe for a killer quest soon, would be nice to show all of you who have
never been there a fun and exciting time.
Mark your calendars for a AC Dev chat, on the 17th of January. Hopefully I'll be
able to make this one, but the last one I went to, the room was full...guess I
got there too late.

Wow...another year rolls around already, and it just seems time is flying. Hope
all of you had a safe and happy holiday season, I know I did. A few issues that
have been floating around are things such as get togethers with the guild,
meetings, quests, and things of that sort. Well, during this time of year it's
really hard to plan anything and be able to stick to it, due to other
commitments. We all try, but of course real life comes first. For those of you
who have noticed, the web site got a bit of a facelift, and I have been adding
bits here and there. I really need for all of you to start adding to pages like
the items page, and your own member pages. It's pretty sad that most of these
aren't finished yet, especially for our vets. C'mon people...let's get it
together asap, I'm counting on all of you for some input.
Just
dropping a quick note to all of you who check the page. Hope you all had a GREAT
holiday, and are looking forward to your New Year celebration. Yea, this is a
game site, but it's all about the people, so that's the reason you don't see all
game stuff here. Got a letter from someone I don't know asking why I can't be
more like some other fan sites and post a lot more game stuff. Well, I'll answer
this question fast...I don't get paid for it, do it on my free time, and do it
when I want to do it, heh plain and simple. Some stuff isn't as slick looking as
other sites, but I don't WANT to look like other sites...seems just about every
fan site wants to look like another. Well, that's not me. I think a little
personalization should go into each and every site you hit, not be a copycat of
everyone else's. So...I hope that answered yer question (the emailer).
We
are going to attempt to get some people at the meeting Sunday and finish off the
Lower and Higher grade powder dungeons, in the Lugian mines. That is, if anyone
has some time, because the Bael'Z quest seems to have everyone's attention big
time right now. If you're interested, be sure you hit Samsur, same time and
place...each and every Sunday at 3:00pm Pacific/6:00pm Eastern.
